Our efforts focus on key areas including health, education, agroforestry, wildlife protection, and the promotion of literature and culture. These initiatives empower communities, enhance well-being, and align with our ESG commitments to create a positive, lasting impact on society.
CSR PILLAR I: Plantation Programme
- Supported 2,963 farmers under the Plantation Project, providing free or subsidized saplings within a 200 km radius of our MDF plants in Andhra Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
- Distributed over 3 crore saplings during the year, enhancing agroforestry practices.
- Expanded green cover by approximately 26,600 acres in the target districts.
- Conducted monthly training sessions for farmers on pre- and post-planting techniques
CSR PILLAR II: Supporting marginal farmers
- Distributed 94 brush cutters and power weeders to small and marginal farmers in Tirupati district.
- Addressed challenges of limited access to modern equipment, reducing reliance on labour-intensive methods and improving efficiency.
- Enhanced agricultural productivity and reduced labor costs, supporting farmers.
CSR PILLAR III: Healthcare Facilities
- Organized medical camps in 68 villages, providing healthcare services to underserved communities.
- Offered general check-ups and treatment for ailments
CSR PILLAR IV: Meal Distribution
- Greenpanel collaborated with the Akshaya Patra Foundation to support the Mid-Day Meal Scheme
- Provided free nutritious meals to over 2,000 primary school children daily in Kuppam and Nellore districts.
- Aims to improve children's health, combat hunger, and enhance educational outcomes.
CSR PILLAR V: Promoting literature and culture
- Partnered with the Valley of Words Foundation Trust to promote literature in schools and colleges.
- Organized Literature and Arts Festivals in Dehradun and other Uttarakhand cities, offering students opportunities to engage with authors and literary workshops.
- Supported the Udaipur Tales International Storytelling Festival through MA My Anchor Foundation to celebrate India’s cultural heritage.
CSR PILLAR VI: Wildlife protection
- Greenpanel provided a thermal drone to the Forest Department in Tirupati for wildlife protection and conservation.
- The initiative focuses on monitoring wild animals, especially elephants, and reducing human-animal conflicts.

Empowering Farmers through Sustainable Plantation Support
Greenpanel Industries' CSR initiative of free sapling distribution has transformed Mr Reddy’s experience, enabling savings for essential agricultural inputs like equipment and fertilizers.
With Greenpanel's technical support on site-specific clones and fertilizer applications, Mr. Reddy achieved higher yields and minimized plantation losses from natural calamities. This program not only enhanced his plantation income but also allowed him to explore additional income-generating opportunities.
Expressing his gratitude, Mr. Reddy credits Greenpanel for supporting his financial growth through healthy saplings and expert guidance, fostering sustainable livelihoods for farmers like him.
Nurturing Dreams with Mid-Day Meals
T Mahesh Babu, a student from Maldepalle in Chittoor district, dreams of joining the Indian Army, driven by his passion to serve the nation. Coming from a family where his father works in granite polishing and his mother is a homemaker, Mahesh's love for learning shines through, with English being his favorite subject.
Beyond academics, he enjoys Kabaddi and Cricket and looks forward to the school’s mid-day meals, especially Lemon Rice with Tomato Chutney. These nutritious meals, provided through the support of TAPF donors, fuel his enthusiasm for education and sports, motivating him to excel and make his family and school proud.
Mahesh’s story reflects how a simple act of providing meals can empower children to pursue their dreams with determination.
